• This trial period allows the user to explore all the features and services offered by our infrastructure.

2. Trial Refund Policy

• Due to the immediate digital nature of the services provided and instant access to public registries upon validation of the trial period, the initial 48-hour fees (€0.90) are generally non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical malfunction attributable to our platform or a manifest billing error.
• Any refund request regarding the initial payment must be submitted to our customer support within a reasonable timeframe following the transaction.

3. Monthly Subscriptions and Cancellation

• At the end of the 48-hour trial period, the subscription automatically switches to the monthly plan chosen by the user (for example, the Premium plan at €49.50 per month), billed on the anniversary date.
• Users retain the full freedom to cancel their subscription at any time, without termination fees or restrictions.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately upon validation of the request made online via the customer interface (under “Account Settings” then “Cancel Subscription”). A confirmation email is then automatically sent to the subscriber.
• No refunds will be issued for the current ongoing month if cancellation occurs after the renewal billing date, although access to the service will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
